Return Policy

We want you to love your TruBond ritual. Here's how we handle returns, replacements, and questions.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us at connect@trubond.shop within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you.

Unopened products

Unopened, sealed TruBond stick pack boxes and unused TruBond x MiiR Flip Travelers can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product cost. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a damaged or defective item. Email us at connect@trubond.shop with your order number to start a return.

Opened stick packs

Because TruBond is a consumable food product, we cannot accept returns on opened stick pack boxes. If you've opened your TruBond and aren't enjoying the ritual, we'd love to know why. Write to us at connect@trubond.shop and we'll do our best to make it right.

Subscription orders

You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime from your account dashboard. Subscription orders are subject to the same return terms as one-time orders.

Bundles and kits

Bundles and kits can be returned within 30 days if all included items are unopened and unused. Partial returns from a bundle are not eligible for a refund.

Refund timing

Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Most banks then take an additional 3 to 5 business days to display the refund in your account.

Shipping

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the return is due to a damaged or defective item. We do not currently provide pre-paid return labels.

Email connect@trubond.shop with your order number and the reason for return. We respond within one business day and will guide you through next steps.
