Clear Rise contains approximately 11 mg of natural caffeine per stick, from organic guayusa leaf. For reference, a standard cup of coffee has about 95 mg. Lighten Up is caffeine-free.

Clear Rise is designed for the first half of your day. The natural caffeine per stick is similar to a third of a small cup of coffee. Most customers find it doesn't interfere with sleep when used as directed.

TruBond is formulated around this connection: prebiotic fiber and mushroom polysaccharides support the gut side, while adaptogens and nootropics support the cognitive and stress side.

Yes. We use organic baobab for gentle prebiotic fiber that won't bloat or cramp. Our sweeteners are allulose and organic monk fruit, both naturally gut-friendly, unlike many artificial sweeteners or sugar alcohols.

Add one stick to 8 oz of cold water and ice. Or add two sticks to your TruBond x MiiR Flip Traveler (16 oz) with cold water and ice. Mix or shake well until dissolved. Mixes with still or sparkling water.

Pro tip: mix or shake stick(s) with a small amount of flat water first to fully dissolve the powder, then top with sparkling water and ice. This keeps the bubbles intact rather than diluting them, and gives you the cleanest final pour. Some natural frothing may occur briefly as the powder settles, which is normal.
